Dadao banatao is a son of a farmer and their life in his early age is very difficult when he was young he was taught how to do math by using bamboo sticks and some of his friends at his early age stop to go to school because they cannot afford it instead they help their parents in the farm.But his father Never asked him to stop because he want his son to have a better life .But when he graduated in college taking up engineering There were no design jobs for engineering here in the Philippines, So he move to america And apply masters in engineering in Stanford university. He said that he was excited but also intimidated. He says that everyone is way smarter than he was So what he do was study twice as hard.After that he saw an opportunity but That company fails No one told him he can do it so he told himself he could.So after trying again he finally succeeded He said that we learn hardship so now it’s time for us to learn success he is not special but he is determined and that’s why he was Successful right now His story will teach us how to pursue what we want in life even though it is hard but when we have the determination everything is possible .

3 Idiots is an Inspirational story of three engineering students who wish to be successful to help their family they have different intentions but same Goal it is to reach their families dream for them.but Rancho the main character inspire the two idiots Farhan and Raju to go for what they really want not what the other wants them to be.this movie brings a lot of realization and inspiration to everyone who will watch it.The movie contains two hours and fifty minutes and I promise you that this movie is worth your time.it is good for everyone whether you are young or old.I was amaze honestly how good this movie was. because it is the reality that every students are facing right now.they cannot decide for their self because they are scared of what their family think and they thought that if they follow what their parents wants it would end up for the best but the truth is if you would not follow what your heart desires you would regret it.Rancho is a extraordinary student because he has been the inspiration of Farhan and Raju to continue what they really dream of.Now a days it is hard to find a man like Rancho who have a lot of courage and confidence to face any trials in life without giving up.he is a positive and determine person and that what makes everyone admire him.thought their character face a lot of trials they still overcome it all by the help of their team work. I also like about this movie is the love story of Rancho it was so epic knowing that the father of the woman he love was his mortal enemy in school and their love story is one of a kind.because despite of all the challenges they still end of together.The movie three idiots is now one of my favorite you will never get bored watching it.and it was really funny movie you would absolutely laugh because of they’re character a movie that full of lessons and I surely recommend it to everyone who haven’t seen it.

“Pirates of Silicon Valley” is a biographical movie where men made the world of technology,The movie is also about how the two intelligent persons compete to each other in order to be a successful or famous. and what it took to build up the global corporate empires of Apple Computer Corporation and Microsoft Inc. On what it is today “Pirates of Silicon Valley” was a film also based on a historical fact regarding on Steve Jobs and how Apple got started and also about Bill Gates and how Microsoft got started. The movie then proceeds to narrate the events that led to the development of the first Apple computer.After watching the Pirates of Silicon Valley, I have learned lot of things. The movie was entertaining and interesting because it is about the history of computers and information technology itself, which I am pursuing for a career now.the movie shows how the two companies became successful and how they compete against each other for success,I was amazed on how Steve Jobs and Bill Gates made their respective companies successful and productive to all people, but a bit disappointed on how they did it.Because Before being completely successful they have gone through many challenges, and they have committed many bad doing’s like Apple copy ideas from Xerox, while Microsoft steal ideas from Apple. Basically, they have steal ideas from others, that’s why it’s called pirates because of piracy they make they steal someone’s idea and make the people believe that it is their own idea. It also shows how a good leader handles his employees or team. Just like with Steve Jobs. He is so abusive to his workers. It just like he is the only good person. He always wants to follow his decisions and not giving chance to listen to the opinions or decisions of his teammates.That’s why he had also a problem when it comes to his Family. It is quite opposite to Bill Gates. Because Bill is just a simple man and he used his being intelligent in a good way.That’s why he succeeds much compared to Steve Jobs and became a wealthiest man in the world.The movie also shows how difficult to be successful they have gone through many challenges one must sacrifice a lot of things and sometimes step on other people to reach it.A person who is determined to reach success will do everything even if doing so would cause negative or harm effects on other people. Too much power could change a person into something hideous, just like what happened to Steve Jobs, all the fame and power made him boastful and greedy.thought I admire his determination to uplift the name of Apple.Sure, he got some attitude problem going on but he did become successful,right?but he also had flair in talking people into something but you really would not want to cross him when he’s angry or everything will just come exploding. Bill Gates, on the other hand, was so hungry for success that he did many wrong doings just like stealing and copying, and calling it his own just to reach the peak of success. I’ve read a quote that relate in this movie” A person should also be careful on whom he should trust because he will never know who would stab him in the back.
Two is always better than one, behind the success of a person is another person, a person will never be successful without other people and that is true, so we should always be humble and kind towards others, because if we don’t they might back stubbed us.” so the moral lesson of this movie is do not be arrogant on whatever you have Accomplish be humble all the time and help people who need help. Because you will never know what the future will holds, sometimes those who are not considered before might be the one who will succeed more so always be kind to people around you they might help you in the future.
Technopreneurship Meeting
First Meeting
It was January 24, 2020. Thursday at 7am. Our first class in Technopreneurship. I was excited and at the same time a little bit of nervous about this subject. Because this is my second time taking this subject. I failed in the previous one. And this was first time that we got to know who really Mr. Randy Gamboa is, we heard a lot from different student how strict he is in This subject, that he is not easy to please specially in pitching ideas. And I know from the very start that this would not an easy subject, our first day was good. He introduces himself in front of us talk about the syllabus, his expectation about the subject and the mission and vision of our subject. It was a fresh start for all of us because we are now aware what he likes and dislikes. He hates student who are late. And he tell us about being late would receive a punishment. He said that everyone who would come late in class should by breakfast for everyone. That’s why no one is late during our class he tells a lot of stories and it was seriously awesome because we learn from it and gain knowledge about it. He also dislike students who won’t wear complete Uniform. I’ve heard that before from some other students that he really dislike students who didn’t wear complete uniform and I didn’t take it seriously not until one day one of my classmate wear his OJT uniform and our professor made him leave the room in a nice way. And i understand his point even thought it was Friday basically no class to every department.but yes we have so we should follow his rules.
Second Meeting
January 31, 2020 this was the day we officially started our class because in our previous meeting we just talk about all the rules of the subject. He ask who was the virgin;s in this subject which he means is the first timer, because most of them are second taker of his subject and I am one of them. I was nervous because I don’t know what would we do because sir randy make us stand in front i thought he would ask difficult question’s that we cannot answer,but he rather ask us about why we failed in our previous subject and it was a relief for me because I wasn’t ready to anything that day.in our second meeting he show us a 9dots on the smart TV and he tell us that to draw it the board and connect it without lifting our hand and it was pretty hard at first because this activity uses a little trick. After those thinking moment on how to connect it without lifting our hand, he explain that the point of this drawing is we should think outside the box because when you focus just inside you would miss the opportunity on solving this activity,reflect on how we would pass in this subject .Technopreneurship is not all about solving a problem it is all about on how we make money from it. Though there are a lot of existing ideas we didn’t know that there are more who has a need to be solve. Technopreneurship is a subject that gives tech solution to the community, but first we should think really hard if that kind of idea we have is really helpful and useful.
He also teach us about Self Mastery, Environmental Mastery, Enterprise Mastery, and Development. SEED in short this kind of method would mold you to be a better Technopreneur, because this kind of method would teach you how to master your skills just like a seed if we plant a seed and take care of it it would grow wonderfully. And he want us to grow and be useful to our society this subject would guide us and teach us to develop a good solution he also discussed to us that we should work here in Davao after we graduate he encourage us to pay back our government for giving us an education that is free.
My expectation in this subject is to gain more knowledge that would be useful for me and provide me with the opportunity to learn and understand the concepts in this course in a way that I can understand and give adequate feedback on my abilities, in order that I can apply this knowledge to achieve my goal and to pass this subject.
Third Meeting
February 14,2020 We take a quiz that time about our personal views and have a lesson about thrends and convergence ,death of consumers and how technology works now adays and that day we have our first presentor to pitch his idea and share it to everyone later on we ask about more info on how his idea would work
Fourth Meeting
February 21,202 It is our last day of class and we continue to discuss and pitch ideas and lot of us have been approved moving to making business plan and continue to make our blog .
